Join Matt Mulcahy to delve further into the fundamentals of the headstand. Often referred to as the king of postures, Headstand (Sirsasana) can be an empowering inversion that, when practiced consistently, builds strength in the upper body and core. The aim of this workshop is to develop the fundamental skills needed to invert safely. You may or may not achieve the pose, however you will leave with the skills to move towards Headstand with greater detail, precision and awareness.

Taking Flight is all about becoming comfortable on your hands. Together we will activate and strengthen target muscles, explore alignment and body awareness to reduce stress on the wrists, and conquer the flight and fight response.
