Taking Flight is all about becoming comfortable on your hands. Together we will activate and strengthen target muscles, explore alignment and body awareness to reduce stress on the wrists, and conquer the flight and fight response. This workshop is for all levels; for those beginning the focus will steer toward crow pose, for those progressing one leg crow, advanced transitions will be on offer.
