Our Yoga Class Styles
At Inna Bliss Yoga our primary practices are centred around an alignment infused style of Vinyasa, or flow, yoga. No two classes are ever the same though as our expert team of instructors skill-fully and intuitively create and hold space for practices that are rich, engaging and transformational and reflect the needs of our students.
Additionally we offer more yin based and restorative classes, as well as meditation, pregnancy and beginner styles.
We invite you to sample what we have on offer to see what best resonates with you. Enjoy!
Vinyasa
A flowing and invigorating practice that synchronises movement with the breath and creative sequences, designed to take you deeper in your body & mind. Within the flow of the Vinyasa class, we explore intelligent alignment of asanas and encourage you to build strength, discover freedom and feel rejuvenated, as well as deeply Blissed out!
Suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered to support newer students, whilst seasoned yogis will have the opportunity to explore depth in their practice.
Slow Flow
Taken at a slower pace then our Vinyasa classes, our Slow Flow classes offers a practice and pace that allows you to go deeper by moving mindfully and purposefully through the flow of the class. With longer holds, slower transitions and focused alignment we cultivate spaciousness with our bodies, minds & hearts. Open for all levels, beginners can experience a slower pace while seasoned yogis can enjoy moving mindfully and intelligently within their bodies & minds, whilst dipping deeper into the felt sense of the practice.
Yin
Yin Yoga is a slower, deeper & more passive approach to the yoga practice with a sequence of floor-based postures, usually held for 3-5 minutes.
Each posture invites you to move consciously and meditatively toward exploring your edge, whilst breathing gently and opening up to the sensations that arise in your body.
This deeply nourishing practice targets the deeper yin tissues of the body, including the joints, connective tissues and fascia in order to create more space and flexibility within the sketelal and muscular system. Energetically it seeks to free up internal blockages through our meridian lines to enable chi (our vital essence) to move freely through our bodies.
Yin yoga can be both deeply nourishing, particularly on our nervous systems, as well as challenging to our bodies and minds, and yet it offers the perfect balance to some of the more 'yang' based physical exercises and general way of living.
Embodiment Flow
Deep dive your whole being into a practice that feels explorative, creative and sense-invoking. With less focus on structure and form and more about meeting and melting into the feeling tone and somatic experience each posture and movement brings, this class will delight you and entice you to make space, honour the aliveness of your emotions and embrace yourself in a pleasant and honest way.
This practice is fluid, original and deeply nourishing. Open to all levels of experience.
Essentials
