Join Dr Lauren Tober for a gentle day of nourishing yoga nidra and self-enquiry. Let go of the layers of doing and drop into a restful, and easeful being.
What to Expect: Expect to come and gently move your body, rest deeply, cultivate community and go within, including:
Education: Learn about the ancient pathways of yoga nidra to foster healing, nourishment, transformation and awakening
Self-enquiry: Bring your journal for gentle self-enquiry explorations before and after the practices
Practice: Lie down and be guided through two very special yoga nidra practices designed to support you to come home to yourself
Community and Support: This workshop offers a supportive and nurturing environment where you can connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and receive guidance from Dr Lauren Tober. You'll leave with a sense of community and new tools to continue your journey towards healing and awakening.

You don't need to be an experienced yogi, this workshop is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. We encourage a curious and beginner’s mind.
As Dr Lauren Tober is registered Clinical Psychologist with the AHPRA, a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and an E-RYT® 500 with Yoga Alliance, participants may be able to claim CPD points for their relevant profession. Certificates of attendance will be provided on request at the workshop.
What to Bring:
Yoga props are available at the venue, however please bring:
An eye pillow or scarf to place over your eyes (if desired)
A journal and pen
Your own yoga props if you prefer (yoga mat, cushion, bolster and blanket)
Comfortable clothes to move and rest in
A water bottle

DR LAUREN TOBLER
Dr Lauren Tober is a Clinical Psychologist, Senior Yoga Teacher and Author based in Mullumbimby, Australia. With a deep curiosity in health, healing, happiness and awakening, Lauren integrates the best of western psychology with ancient yogic wisdom, both on and off the mat.
Lauren is the founder of the Yoga Psychology Institute and Mental Health Aware Yoga, the author of Mental Health Aware Yoga Yoga: A Guide for Yoga Teachers, host of the A Grateful Life Podcast and loves teaching yoga teachers about mental health, and health professionals about yoga.
As a long time practitioner of yoga nidra, Lauren shares yoga nidra from a post-lineage perspective. Her work is soulful without being new-agey. It’s evidence-based, without being clinical. It’s authentic, heartfelt and life-changing.
