Treasure your Backbone
Inna Bliss Yoga is so pleased to host Austalia’s only 16hr BackMitra® Practitioner Training.
OVERVIEW
In modern society our precious vertebral column is under constant pressure from sedentary lifestyle habits and repeated movement patterns. As our posture slowly deteriorates, we see an increase in premature ‘wear & tear’ and higher frequency of hernias of the lower back & neck. The BackMitra® is a powerful tool to support spinal health, improve posture, breath capacity and promote a profound relaxation response. Join senior experienced yoga teacher and Australia’s only BackMitra® trainer, Alexandra Rodrigues, for this foundational training course aimed at anyone who works in the field of body-orientated healing. Suitable for yoga teachers, physiotherapists, osteopaths, physical education teachers, or enthusiastic students wishing to take responsibility for their own healing journey. No previous experience is required. Most importantly students should have an open attitude, a willingness to learn, and a deep desire to self-heal and/or empower others to do so.
