Chakra Rebalance: Yang to Yin
From flow to stillness, we bring the body back into balance harmonising the 7 chakras (energy centres), through a combination of yoga poses, breathwork and meditation tailored to each chakra. We will explore movements and techniques designed to open, align, and strengthen the chakras, facilitating a flow of energy that promotes physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual clarity.
Join Miriam for a journey that marries the invigorating 'yang' with the soothing 'yin.' We begin by warming and energizing the body through a dynamic flow, igniting your vitality. Then, we seamlessly transition into the world of 'yin' with deep stretches that target your connective tissues.
As you melt into each posture, find profound ease and release within. We finish with a long Chakra Savasana: to down-regulate the nervous system into deep rest.
