Yoga Inversions: Unlocking Strength, Confidence, and Balance
Flip your perspective in our Yoga Inversion Masterclass with Matt. Designed for all levels, this class will guide you through the essential techniques needed to safely invert. You’ll explore the foundations for practicing: shoulder stand, headstand, forearm stand and handstand.

Understand the role of the shoulders, core and spine in creating a sustainable inversion practice
Understand biomechanical principles to invert safely
Progressions and modifications to suit all levels

A Vinyasa-based practice with dedicated time to practice inversions

Increased awareness of balance and mental resilience.
For teachers or trainees, you’ll also learn how to support your students during their inversion practice.
The aim of this workshop is to develop the fundamental skills needed to invert safely. You may or may not achieve every pose, however you will leave with the skills to move towards inversions with greater detail, precision and awareness.
