Introducing the BackMitra – with Alexandra Rodrigues

Your spine is literally the backbone of your ability to move, sleep, and function properly. Almost every movement originates from your spine, so taking care of your spine should be of utmost importance. Without a healthy spine, everyday tasks and movements can become extremely difficult or painful. When the spine is injured you can expect to have limited mobility which affects your quality of life, so it’s important to care about your spinal health and to understand its role in your overall well-being.

This 2.5hr workshop offers a beautiful blend of practices to attend to your spine. Release tension in your neck, shoulders, upper to mid-back, and lower spine using the BackMitra. Mindful movement practices to cultivate the right kind of strength and functional mobility to support optimal posture for optimal health.

Suitable for beginners and all levels of experience, yoga students & teachers and body workers of all professions are most welcome.
