Sascha is a clinical psychologist with a passion for supporting women and their families to foster enhanced wellbeing and health.  Sascha’s practice is underpinned by the core values of Kindness, Authenticity, Optimism and Connection.

Sascha prioritises the relationship between her and all clients that she engages with, acknowledging that this relationship is incredibly powerful in supporting psychological, social, emotional and physical wellbeing, growth and development.

Sascha provides a peaceful and calm environment and relationship for you to explore your life journey to now and develop together ways of being, connecting and being in relationship that are valuable, practical and meaningful to you.  This might include working on strategies for taking care of your needs and the needs of others. Sascha is trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, enabling her to provide an individualised, flexible therapeutic process depending on the person and their goals for engaging in counselling.

Her practice is underpinned by an understanding of the biology of the brain and the body, and attachment theory (that highlights the critical importance and influence of our early relationships on future relationships, how we manage emotions and wellbeing generally), enabling a holistic approach to the support she offers her clients.

Sascha has a special interest in supporting expectant and new mothers (and their families) during pregnancy and the life changing years after the birth of a little one as well as helping parents to support their children to thrive.  Sascha is able to support children, young people and adults with psychological counselling and interventions.
