Kellie Ulyate
Kellie is probably more surprised than anyone to find herself a yoga teacher. Previously, more comfortable in a book than in movement. She is not naturally flexible or coordinated. However, she loves it and loves to embody that yoga is for any-body! She does it to get out of her head and into her body. To connect with breath and movement and fascinating concepts she has learned along the way.
Practicing yoga brings her vitality and delight and teaching allows her to be creative and share the practice with others. Kellie trained 200hr YTT Vinyasa with InnaBliss Yoga in 2020. She has completed two 50 hr Yin YTT and the first WomanKind 30 hr feminine yoga training by pelvic floor physiotherapist and yoga teacher Liza Fitzpatrick. Kellie has also completed introductory meditation and mindfulness courses, had one on one coaching in instinctive meditation with Alison Potts, and frequently attends yoga workshops for the joy of it. Kellie embraces and encourages yoga for self-connection and embodiment.
