Join Debby for a 6 week yoga course specifically designed for those who are either new to yoga, are recovering from injury or are simply wanting to refresh the fundamentals to practise. 

The courses covers yoga asanas (postures), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation/meditative techniques.
