Yin yoga and sound healing – a journey through the chakras
Join Inna Bliss Yoga teacher Dorothee Marossero and highly talented musician, Reiki master and sound healer Katherine Jameson in this last workshop of 5, designed to allow healing, opening and transformation for the first 5 chakras through Yin yoga and sound healing.
This 2 hour practice will be focused on the 5th chakra. In a serene environment filled with the healing sonic sounds of crystal bowls created by Katherine, allow Dorothee to bring together your mind and body with a deep meditative Yin sequence designed to open the chakra of focus.

A significant part of the proceeding will go to Habitat for Humanity and their Impact 2020 Women Empowerment program, supporting widowed women in Nepal that have been isolated and ostracized. Dorothee and Jane have built a team that is going to Nepal in March to participate in the built. They both believe helping women globally raises humanity!

About Dorothee and Katie:
Dorothee is a Yin and Vinyasa certified yoga teacher and Neuro-Linguistic Programming master practionner. She has been practicing different styles of Yoga for over 14 years on the different continents she lived in, and throughout her 2 pregnancies. Katie, owner of Energy and Sounds Holistic Therapies is a Sound Therapist and Reiki Master, professional Pianist and Composer. She is a Music Teacher, Certified Yoga Teacher, Emotional Anatomy Consultant, graduated from The Globe Institute for Sound Healing, San Francisco and Reiki Master with Atlantis Rising School.
