Join Lauren Siafas from Boho Spirit & Sound Journeys for a Sacred Temple Chakra Activation, A journey through the senses, combining vibrational sounds and yogic vibrational gentle breathwork technique through the chakras and introducing a Never been seen before breath technique called the ‘477’, discovered from ancient rituals practised deep within the Balinese culture complete with a water element purification ceremony. This breathwork technique is considered the ‘Yin’ of breathwork, followed by Lauren's Signature "Sound Medicine Journey" which will harmonize listeners to the elements within.

The goal is to cleanse, nourish and balance our minds, hearts, and emotions.

This will be a fusion of breathwork & ritual with sounds from a huge array of sacred instruments. If you feel drawn to bring your sacred crystals or item of significance to charge and cleanse, it is a powerful element to have by your mat for your unique journey. Receiving these sounds during your practice is like a musical massage. The harmonic frequencies of these instruments vibrate the cells and the subtle energy body, helping to further release tension and restore harmony.
