Join us for a transformative restorative yoga workshop led by Alexandra, designed to help you unwind, rejuvenate, and find inner balance.

During this workshop, you will embark on a journey to discover the profound benefits of restorative yoga. Alexandra will commence the session with a brief introduction to the principles of restorative yoga. Subsequently, she will guide you through a sequence of carefully chosen restorative yoga postures, seamlessly integrating purposeful breathwork techniques and therapeutic touch. These elements will synergistically foster a serene and receptive state of being.

In a world characterized by ceaseless activity and fatigue, this practice serves as a vital counterpoint, teaching us how to navigate the delicate equilibrium between the rapid pace of modern life and our own physical and emotional well-being. Generally, we have very few habits that encourage finding a balance point between these two extremes, this workshop stands as a beacon of self-care and self-discovery.

Concluding the practice will be a period of integration, affording you the time for introspection and to assimilate any insights gained during the session.

About Alexandra :

Alexandra has been weaving her way through the yoga community in Vancouver and Brisbane since 2008. She feels yoga is very much a self-healing practice and believes that for thousands of years yoga has offered the tools and guidance to cultivate a healthy state of being and the know how to transform thyself.

Alexandra’s nurturing classes help students establish an equanimous, calm abiding centre to support an intuitive awareness to filter through “the time on your mat” and into your relationships, your work, and creativity.

Alexandra is an eternal student of energetic healing modalities with a special interest in therapeutic yoga, kinesiology, and body psychotherapy. She has a profound gift for helping & empowering others to self–heal and find inner peace, harmony, and health.
