Learn how to use, move and isolate our spine, while increasing mobility in the shoulders and hips. Work to your edge, explore your body through functional movement and classical yoga postures, and receive detailed adjustments and support while learning to use props to support and deepen your practice and how alignment of the spine really can help heal the body.
In the second part of the workshop, you will explore a more yin style of practice and explore how emotions can be stored in the body and the effect they can have on our mental and physical well-being. The workshop will close with a meditation and mantra lead by the teachers Kye & Jaimee.
